Welcome to Vynder. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use.

1. User-Generated Content

Vynder allows users to post, read, and share content ("User Content"). You retain ownership of the content you create, but you grant Vynder a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content on our platform.

We are not responsible for User Content. We do not endorse or guarantee the accuracy, integrity, or quality of any content posted by users. You understand that by using Vynder, you may be exposed to content that is offensive, indecent, or objectionable.

2. Content Guidelines & Prohibited Content

To maintain a safe and respectful community, we prohibit content that violates the following guidelines (inspired by Medium's Rules):

Hate Speech

We do not allow content that promotes violence or hatred against individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, disability, gender, age, or sexual orientation.

Harassment

We do not tolerate harassment, bullying, or threatening behavior. This includes doxxing, stalking, or encouraging others to harass individuals.

Violence and Gore

Do not post content that incites violence, promotes terrorist activities, or depicts gratuitous gore or sexual violence.

Nudity and Sexual Content

Explicit sexual content and pornography are not allowed. Artistic or educational depictions of nudity may be permitted with appropriate context, but gratuitous sexualization is prohibited.

Self-Harm

We prohibit content that encourages, promotes, or glorifies self-harm, suicide, or eating disorders.

Misinformation

Do not post content that spreads false information likely to cause public harm, including medical misinformation or election interference.

Spam and Scams

Do not use Vynder to send spam, promote scams, or engage in phishing. Automated posting and artificial engagement manipulation are prohibited.

Illegal Activities

You may not use Vynder for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law.

3. Enforcement

Vynder reserves the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or our policies. We may also suspend or ban users who repeatedly violate these rules.

Reporting: Users can report content that violates these guidelines. We review reports and take appropriate action, which may include removing content, suspending accounts, or banning users.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

Vynder is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Vynder be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes. Your continued use of Vynder after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
